It's great base for visiting some must see attractions in Varenna. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Packed breakfast was the best. It was worth its 3 stars.

Decent place for discovering Varenna. When I arrived the host was frendly. They have on-site restaurant called Montecodeno.
The room was not soundproofed.
